Video: Spurs' Duncan, Parker with fake guns at fake Joey Crawford

Written by Jeff Garcia on .

San Antonio Spurs' Tim Duncan and Tony Parker had much fun during Halloween dressing up as "The Punisher" and "Nick Fury" and apparently had some fun with a person dressed as NBA ref Joey Crawford.

TD and TP were in a photo where they are holding toy guns at a fake Crawford. Of course Spurs fans know all about Crawford and his history with Duncan (ejecting Duncan for laughing on the bench) but overall, this was just TD and TP having some fun. Nothing more or less.

For more, check out our friend at News 4 WOAI, Don Harris, on the leaked photo.

What do you have to say Spurs fans on this photo? Is this in poor judgment or just two guys having some fun?

Best picture ever.

After Stern's rampage which has made it clear that the Spurs are among his least favorite teams around, this picture comes out. If it's not Pop sticking his middle finger in Stern's face, now it's Duncan and Parker. The fact that Joey Crawford is still a referee in the league despite publicly admitting he had personal problems with specific players is a joke. On top of this, Stern continues to allow him to referee our games despite these known prejudices!

Conspiracy theories be damned. It's clear that Commissioner Stern, in his unending quest to bleed ever last dollar out of this league, wants specific teams to be playing come June. He has made no reservations about his intentions by allowing admittedly biased refs to referee the most important games of the season. No one wants a rigged league Stern. Stop running the NBA into the ground!

I think Crawford would be the first one to say this was mildly amusing, and if not, I'm sure Tim Duncan would be classy enough to quickly apologize.

If the newspeople would not make it  such a big deal, there might have been a chance to the players not getting into  trouble.
